The project will redevelop the People’s Plaza building into a multi-use community hub, combining:

Phase One: People’s Plaza Coffee
Phase One transforms People's Plaza into a welcoming community hub centered around a vibrant coffee shop. More than just a place to grab a drink, it creates a space where people can connect, attend events, and build relationships. This first phase establishes trusted community partnerships, generates sustainable revenue, and lays the groundwork for future outreach, counseling, and community development initiatives.
Phase two “serving to win souls”
Phase Two expands our outreach to serve individuals and families seeking support, stability, and hope. By meeting practical needs through compassionate care, we build meaningful relationships, strengthen our community, and create opportunities to share the hope of the Gospel.
Future Phases
Future phases will focus on long-term community transformation through workforce development, mentorship, practical life skills training, counseling, mental health services, and personal wellness programs.
