The project will redevelop the People’s Plaza building into a multi-use community hub, combining:
A welcoming coffee house environment
Flexible meeting and event spaces
Small business and/or nonprofit use
Church gathering space
Community resource services
Family support and outreach initiatives
Phase One: People’s Plaza Coffee
Phase One transforms People's Plaza into a welcoming community hub centered around a vibrant coffee house in partnership with The Coffee Oasis. More than just a place to grab a drink, the coffee house will create opportunities for people to connect, build meaningful relationships, and engage in community events. This first phase establishes lasting community partnerships, generates sustainable revenue, and lays the foundation for future outreach, counseling, and community development initiatives.
Phase two “serving to win souls”
Phase Two expands our outreach to serve individuals and families seeking support, stability, and hope. By meeting practical needs through compassionate care, we build meaningful relationships, strengthen our community, and create opportunities to share the hope of the Gospel.
Future Phases
Future phases will focus on long-term community transformation through workforce development, mentorship, practical life skills training, counseling, mental health services, and personal wellness programs.
